  1. I love that shawl - I shall have to put it into my que - just hope I can get it to look as good as yours - so beautiful.
The FLS is great, too - that color is really wonderful.

  2. I just love your pod cast. No IPALs yet, but I've decided that it is not safe to drive while listening. Anyway, I found you recently, and I have listened to 1-19 straight. I was a little sad when I finished 18 yesterday thinking I would have to wait for 19, just to find it downloading to my iTunes account this morning. Sweet! I'm a Maine girl (or Mainah), and I have always lived here. I have had the opportunity to live in many other places, but have chosen to stay in Maine. It is beautiful here and it's where I feel I belong. You should be where you feel you belong. The main reason for this comment is to just let you know that in tribute to Carin, I listened to Episode 19 while cleaning the "knitter" (or Knittah as we'd say it up heah). Sara

  3. Lovely shawl! About charting vs. written patterns, where feasible I do both. Different folks work in different ways.

  4. I am so glad I'm not the only one who had/has a security pillow. I still have mine. My DH thinks it is disgusting and weird. I've had it since I was 3. My great grandmother made it for me. I don't sleep with it much anymore, except if I am nervous or worried about something.
